The protagonist, a student at the private Kashoin Academy, is a recent transfer student. While enjoying school life to a certain extent, he also begins to feel uneasy about being treated like a guest. Then, the protagonist is forcefully appointed to the executive committee for the school festival's signature event, the Miss School Festival Contest. Though hesitant, he accepts. However, not all of the girls in question readily agree to participate. Last year's winner is Sakuragawa Yui, a quiet classmate. Nanase Ruki, an upperclassman who feels a burning rivalry with Yui. Tachibana Kanan and Kanon are cute but hard to read twins in the lower class. Mutou Sayaka, a beautiful and intelligent upperclassman.
