Ryoujoku Kikou

Main character falls unconsciousness during part-time job and is taken to a hospital. He is announced that he is going to die of incurable disease within a year. After returning home he finds a letter with a special camp trip ticket as a prize won in some magazine. He has nothing to lose, so he sets up a malicious plan how to have fun even if costs his life as a result.
