Chijoku Kakeizu

Main character has to flee from his house and find a modest room nearby. However, feels jealous of a warm relations family that moved into his house, so he decides to break that family. However, he gets so exhausted from starving that he is found unconscious by that family members. Only women live in this house, and he takes this chance to spread his poison.
