Ibuki no Kiseki ~Kohaku no Omoide no Naka de Seirei wa Yume o Miru~

Hiroki met a mysterious girl named Ibuki by the large tree on a hill behind the school. She had saved him when he was about to fall from a branch. They became close friends and soon had feelings for each other. One day, his family was forced to move due to a large-scale urban redevelopment plan. After settling down in his new home, he attempted to find Ibuki, but was unsuccessful. Many years passed by and he had forgotten about the events from his childhood. Having returned back to his hometown, he accompanied his childhood friends Ichino and Mikan on a visit to places from his childhood. The large tree was no longer on the site of his old school which was now demolished. He wondered if it was chopped down. The next day, the tree stood once again on the hill. Sitting on a branch waiting for him was Ibuki.
