Pretty Mahjong Soldier Mu

Space aliens come to earth and turn an ordinary Sailor Moon look-alike into a magical mahjongg girl. You then play several opponents in mahjongg, who look like they've been ripped from other animes. Relatively easy as far as mahjongg games go.
