Juunin Kanri! ~Juunin no Otome ni Ai no Te o~

The protagonist, Seto Masaru, is diligent, serious, kind-hearted, and a pushover — a typical "nice guy" who can't ignore someone in trouble. One day, he is approached by his uncle, who runs a real estate business, for a favor. It's to manage properties the uncle owns and to collect the overdue rent from the tenants. And as it turns out, the ones behind on their payments are ten different women. "I'm sorry, could you please wait just a little longer for the rent payment..?" Every single tenant says the same thing. But his uncle tells him: "They all have their own reasons for that. They're not bad people — please do what you can to help them out." Unable to turn his back on people in need, Masaru resolves to help his uncle with the job. Then, on his first day, one of the tenants suddenly pushes Masaru down as a 'thank you for waiting for the rent'. Before he knows it, she's taking his clothes off and they have sex. Though things got off to a wildly rough start, Masaru begins working to solve the tenants' problems and get them to pay their rent.
