I, Naoki Sugimura, am walking down an empty hallway after school. I’m the vice president of the student council, and I’d just been discussing the budget for the soccer club... but it went on for far longer than it was meant to. I only became the vice president because I don’t do any club activities and I needed something to boost my school report. I thought it’d be a nice, easy-going position where I wouldn’t have to do much... but that damn student council president... she wouldn’t allow it. (Man, the president’s such a pain in the neck. She takes her job way too seriously...) The current president, Ayana Nagatsuki, is an outstanding student, a girl who exudes charisma. It’s like she was destined to stand above the rest. She excels in both sports and academics, her looks and her style are flawless, and she has a noble, dignified character. It’s no wonder they call her the idol of the school. Backed by the support of the entire student body, when she ran for the school council presidency she won in a landslide. But of course, Ayana isn’t just the popular president. She’s very good at her job, as well, and she takes her role extremely seriously. After finishing my meeting with the soccer club, I have to go and report the result of our negotiation to the president. I have to go and let her berate me, and get ordered to write the whole thing up by tomorrow. (Don’t tell me what to do!) I scream inside my heart as I arrive at the student council office. But just as I’m about to open the door... I hear something strange. (...Huh? ...What was that noise just now?) It was barely audible, but it sounded like a sweet moan. I hold my breath, open the door ever so slightly, and peek inside. ...And what I see is beyond anything I could have ever imagined.
